Why is Why Intelligent People Are Overweight such a revolutionary book?

Simply put—it’s a cure to obesity. The majority of us, not only in the United States, but throughout the world, have difficulty controlling what we eat. Most people eat what tastes good and what makes them feel good. This often translates into unhealthy choices. Trying to change this behavior with willpower alone rarely works. Just ask anyone who’s attempted a diet.

Willpower is often not enough to change your eating habits because you’re in a battle with your own cravings—it’s your intellectual desire to eat healthier versus your craving for the delicious food that will make you feel good. That’s a tough battle to win because your cravings can be endless while you only have a finite amount of willpower. To successfully change your food behavior, you need to terminate the cravings at the source.

I could go on and on about this topic, and often do, but since this is a FAQ I will keep my answer brief. However, if you want to learn more about this subject please read Why Intelligent People Are Overweight.

In your book description for My First Car Was a Motorcycle, My First Girl Was a Woman, it says that you lost your virginity to a professional; rode your motorcycle through a crowded New York City department store; were homeless living in your car with a dog; wrote, directed, and starred in a movie; and almost became a professional wrestler and boxer. Are these stories true?

Everything in the book is 100 percent true. Of course, certain names and identifying characteristics have been changed to protect the innocent and the not so innocent, but all the stories are absolutely true.

I have a great idea for a book. Would you be interested in writing it yourself or with me?

Sorry, I only write from my own inspiration. Why not write it yourself? If you’re looking for a publisher you can contact inquiries (at)

Will you read my manuscript?

I’m sorry but I cannot. There are many reasons for this, the most important being legal. I enjoy helping aspiring writers but the one thing I cannot do is read and critique a manuscript.

Do you enjoy writing?

I love writing. There are special moments when I’ve put something to paper, or computer, and I look at it and say, “Wow, I can’t believe that just came out of me.” That’s pretty amazing when it happens. And there are other times when I look at something I just wrote and say “Wow, I can’t believe that came out of my head and not my ass.”

Are you available for speaking engagements and personal appearances?
